UsedSoles provides free footwear classifieds for enabled countries. Buyers and sellers arrange payment, collection, postage, import costs and sale terms directly. UsedSoles does not process sales or provide authentication, buyer protection or delivery guarantees.

Members must be at least 18, provide accurate information, have the right to sell their footwear and follow the listing rules. Business sellers must disclose their status and comply with applicable obligations. Nothing in these draft terms excludes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No universal no-returns rule applies.

Members grant the limited permission needed to display their submitted listing content and operate and promote the listing service. Content/accounts may be moderated. Account closure may retain records necessary for security, reports and existing conversations under the final published retention policy.

Owner review must complete operator/contact details, dispute procedures, licence wording, liability terms and sections for Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States and Canada. Do not interpret a country section as a promise of local offices or legal advice.
